I watched Brian Hartline abuse Skrine for 4 straight quarters Sunday while Joe Haden was occupied with Wallace. Same thing should hold true with Torrey Smith. Should be a good plug in play or at the least flex.
Nice, it would take some stones to start him. I have a sneaking suspicion that when all is said and done, Brown might be the better all-around receiver in Baltimore.

IMO he's absolutely startable going forward if you're already hurting for some reason. As long as he's in the starting lineup I think the odds that he doesn't average WR3 production (or better) are pretty low.
I'm rolling him out as my WR3 and have no reservations about it. Skrine is awful and The Torrey Smith / Joe Haden matchup will be fun to watch. The browns run defense is legit so the passing game will get some work.
