Is this on the ballot for any of you FBG's? 

I am a "no" for this law as written and I dont think it stands a chance here, but wondering what people think of it and what they would change to make it better.

Seems to me it would be shot down as unconstitutional fairly easily. Not sure how you can make it legal for evidence to be withheld from the defense. 

Wondering too what might be different in the versions that some states have already passed.

I remember seeing 9 million ads for it several months ago.  I guess during football because I guess it was on the ballot back in November.  I think that I voted for it, though the more that I read about it afterward, the more I wish I hadn't.  Pretty sure it passed.
