Here's what I got so far.

Marvin owns a bar. On Tuesday at 5pm, there was a dispute with a patron. They had problems in the past with this man.

He and Harrison engaged in a fistfight. Harrison followed the man down the street and "gunfire was exchanged."

A man who had done ten years on a homicide charge was grazed in the hand. A car was shot up.

A little boy was hit by flying glass. Police are awaiting witnesses.

The gun was discovered, and it is registered to Marvin. Ballistics revealed that the gun had fired 7 shots.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison is under investigation in his hometown of Philadelphia in a shooting that took place late Tuesday afternoon, a source close to the investigation told Anthony Gargano of Philadelphia's WIP Radio.

The shooting reportedly occurred outside a North Philadelphia bar owned by Harrison.

Harrison has yet to be arrested or charged with the crime.

The source said the alleged victim came into the bar, Playmakers, around 5 p.m. and engaged in an argument with Harrison, who was at the bar. The victim then left the bar, heading to his car, with Harrison following. Gunfire broke out, the victim was hit in the hand, and a young girl was slightly injured by flying glass from a car that apparently was hit by a bullet.

Police came to scene, but the victim did not identify a shooter. On Wednesday, according to the source, ballistic tests showed that the gun that had fired the shots was a custom-made Belgian weapon, and police determined that Harrison owned such a gun.

Police then went to a Philadelphia car wash owned by Harrison to question him about the gun. Harrison admitted owning such a weapon, but claimed it never left his suburban Philadelphia home.

However, the source said the gun was discovered in a bucket at the car wash, and tests showed that it had fired seven bullets that matched those found at the scene.

The source said police were contacted Friday by an attorney representing a second alleged victim in the shooting, and police are now waiting for that individual to come forward.

Calls from ESPN to reach Harrison, his agent and the Colts for comment had not been returned.

They said Tuesday morning at 5am.Apparently they can prove it was Harrison's gun, and there is a a law in Penn that says the gun owner is automatically charged. Harrison will be arrested. Marrison denies any shooting. Said he heard shots, and that that gun has never left his house.He owns 30+ guns and has a license to carry.

One of Marvin Harrison's relatives asked the police if they were looking for the gun in the first place. hence why they found it 'In a bucket at the car wash'.

Harrison acknowledges everything that happens except that he was the shooter, supposedly have witnesses that disagree, but none have come forward yet.

It is on NFL LIve - same guy as Outside the Lines. He said, per PA law, if the gun is involved in a crime, there would be some gun charge against him (as the owner of the gun) regardless of whether he was the shooter.

According to the guy on ESPN the victim has done time for homocide and has not named Harrison the shooter.

When pressed the reporter said the victim denied Harrison was the shooter, but it looked like the reporter was confused.
