from local reports it sounds like the Lions Dr.s and Dr James Andrews have agreed that Rehab is that way to go.

Now the lions are being totally tight lipped on when Matt will be back.

Pretty sure it just meant Stafford was expecting surgery not that he is expecting surgery.

So what is everyone doing with Stafford? I can put him on my IR for the year in dynasty, or I can use up a valuable roster spot for the season hoping he comes back before I'm eliminated from the playoffs (or don't make the playoffs).This bit that he's going to try and rehab it is frustrating me. I haven't seen any timetables from the team and it is just a bunch of speculation as to when he might play, if at all.

This really puts a damper on my dynasty rookie draft plans. 2 seasons, 2 season-ending shoulder injuries. Looks like I'll be needing to draft a rookie backup QB to backup my backup.

Listening to Schwartz on the radio it sounds like he wants Stafford back on the field ASAP. Meaning if and when he is ready to play he will play be in next week or week 16.
