I knew it was bad, I did not know it was this bad.

"But if McCarthy and Rodgers intend to turn this season around, don't bet on them being successful should there be many more games decided by four or fewer points. In those games, Rodgers has a 1-11 record, a horrendous .083 winning percentage that would be .000 had it not been for a 28-26 victory over Detroit two weeks ago. Brett Favre, who will lead the Vikings into Lambeau Field six days from now, posted a 33-30 (.524) record, counting playoffs, in games decided by four or fewer points as the Packers' starter over 16 years. Meanwhile, McCarthy is 4-13 in tight games, including 3-2 with Favre under center."

I'm just not sold on this tandem having the stones to take it to the next level. I'm a big TT guy, and I've backed Rodgers in many circumstances. But I gotta tell you, a few things concern me:
1. Rodgers seems way to relaxed. To the point that I'm starting to feel he lacks that killer instinct. He always seems to be chatting and laughing it up with the opposing team. There never seems to be a sense of urgency from Rodgers or McCarthy. I don't really get it, but everyone just seems too laid back. No emotion.
2. Rodgers is letting the officiating get into his head. Watch that three play series in the second half against Miami. He takes a hit that could have been flagged on first down. Gets up and complains. Second down, scrambles and throws it away, get taken down, gets up and complains some more. Third down, throws a bad ball, and James Jones is the one that gets yelled at on the sidelines. Granted, Jones needs to play the ball better, but Rodgers should've been worrying about playing, not complaining. This is nurtured by McCarthy and others, who have complained since last year about non-calls on Rodgers. They may have a point, but it's become a big issue now because it is impacting how this team plays.
I hope I'm wrong on all of this, but to date, it makes me very nervous as a Packer fan.
