McClure's BBQ (2 Viewers)

Haven't been in this thread until the early pages. Congrats on opening your new place. Food looks awesome... hopefully I can get to New Orleans someday to try some.

Congrats, hope it continues for a long time. I've only been to New Orleans once, so not sure when I will get there again. I do a lot of grilling (not like you, basic stuff), so interested in rubs and stuff, as long as there is a FBGs discount. ;)

I'm so regretting not negotiating a .01% stake in this operation back when I was helping with the paperwork. ;)

Really happy for you.

Could probably sell a ton of McClure's tshirts to all the fbg wishing you well.
I could talk to the Sache guys about printing and fulfillment off their website, tipsy. They were the ones that printed the good slab shirts (red) from 2 years ago. Just an option/offer.

Thank you, Neil, for the wonderful food, free links of sausage, and the overwhelming urge to not do a damn thing for the next three hours.

I think the proper strategy is to do like that one dude does and make McClure's the only meal of the day.

Dammit...I'm 160 miles from NO right now (just east of Mobile) for a work meeting tomorrow...I drive here from Tampa almost every month (7 hour drive)...I'm thinking of driving to NO and staying the night before my meeting in Aug or Sept... If I do, I'm definitely gonna drop in for some grub and a shirt

Just an amazing story to follow. Thanks for sharing your wild, wonderful ride with us. Next time I'm in NOLA yours will be the first place I hit.

Seems redundant. And a little presumptuous.

You got pics?

how do you manage the beef for lunch and dinner crowd. Do you start a batch at midnight then another at 6am?

How much hold time are you allowing?
