3 straight month....7 months total on the list in last two years. This place has no slow down in sight. I have catering for a combined 1200 folks in the next two weeks here alone. 3 whole pigs to cook in next two weeks too.

Just when i thought I was going to get a break on working to death :) I'll freaking take it.

Oh yeah....Smoked Bologna sliders with housemade pimento cheese starting today. Some spicy slaw on top...damn tasty.

 
Tipsy, what do you know about this Smoke BBQ joint up here on the Northshore? I haven't been yet, but it has been packed since they opened. Owned by the Ox Lot 9 folks, so it looks promising, and it's one of the few places that isn't that far from my house.

yeah...i hear ya there. its wearing on me for sure. This week alone has three events at brewery expected to draw 300-500 each....and offsite catering out the wazoo... I'll take the sales but its really pushing me physically & mentally at moment. I never stop moving.

 
Highly amusing stuff guys.

Meanwhile....just made Boudin....not casing it just using it to make fried boudin balls. sauce is doctored up alabama sauce...wanted to call it coonass sauce...maybe redneck dippin' sauce. nah.

different browsers let you vote multiple times. :just sayin':

yeah, you only have to give it about 10 minutes and you can go back in the same browser as well.

be like a Democrat, vote early and often.

I have a slow day - I will dedicate 30 minutes this afternoon..two browsers 4 votes per minute...that should be 120 which should put typsy ahead. I will require a dish of red beans next time i see you though!

 
Well, i have gotten in over 100 votes...who the heck is voting for that other guy....no way he has the numbers we have here.....
