Pretty disappointing news. Problem with that backfield is that you barely know who to pick up between Redman and Dwyer...on the surface it looks as though Redman will get the call, but Dwyer may be the one to do more damage if given a few opportunities.
Hopefully there will be some clarification fairly soon - I dropped Redman ina league last week, and could really have used him if Mendy does not go this weekend
Rashard Mendenhall was added to the Steelers' injury report Thursday as limited with a knee ailment. There are no details yet. A Thursday addition often signals that the injury popped up in practice. It's not known if Mendenhall finished practice. Check back later tonight for an update on his status. Oct 20 - 3:57 PMSource:Scott Brown on Twitter
Outside linebacker Jason Worilds (quadricep) is listed as questionable and receiver Mike Wallace (hamstring) and running back Rashard Mendenhall (knee) are listed as probable.
Rashard Mendenhall (knee) returned to a full practice Friday and is listed as probable for Week 7.
Mendenhall's status appeared to be a concern when he was added to Thursday's participation report with a knee ailment, but the full practice and probable listing indicate he's back to 100 percent. With the Steelers' offensive line finally coming together, Mendenhall will be a strong RB1 option against the Cardinals in Week 7. Arizona is tied for most rushing touchdowns allowed in the league, even though they've already had their bye.
