Is there a way to lock non-submitted lineup players? A guy in our league figured out a loop hole. He doesn't submit his lineup, sees how a guy does & then either leaves him in or pulls him. Example: He's going to play the same lineup this week as last week, he has Gore, if Gore does good he won't do his lineup & leave Gore in, if Gore flops he'll do his lineup & take Gore out. Is there a way to set it that Gore would be locked in no matter what?

First off, this guy is a tool. Secondly you can see what time someone submits their lineup on a certain page. If forget exactly where it is though. If the lineup and time stamp is after the game is started, throw him out of the league.

For Commissioners - Setup - Starting Lineup Setup
Near the bottom, under Other Starting Lineup Parameters, there is an option that says: "Copy Previous Week's Starters For Franchises Without Lineups". Select the first check box, "As Soon As The Previous Week's Final Results Are Available". This will solve your issue.
