Saw an article yesterday that MJ is suing in Chinese courts for the right to use his name and collect on trademark infringement. He has not had much luck so far.
The ironic part is the Chinese company that used his name (in Chinese) and his number to market their knock off products actually sued JORDAN for $8 million last year for damage to their brand and image.
