So if I was going to move him for a rookie draft pick in 2011, where do you see his value landing?

12 Team Dynasty, 4pts passing, 0.04/yd passing. Roster size 38 including IDP.

2nd rounder? 3rd rounder? Other?

FWIW I acquired him following week 2 for a 1st rounder in a 14-team, 40-man roster IDP dynasty league. We have an 8-round draft and QB's get 6 pts/TD pass. My team figures to finish in the top 4, so it's a low first rounder. I would assume given the subsequent statements made by Reid that Vick is the starter once he returns that his price would be higher now.
