Greeny- Seattle

3. Will Brett Favre play next year?

Golic- Yes, for Green Bay

Greeny- Yes, for Miami-- he did say he was making that prediction "just for fun"

4. Where will the big 3 rookie QB's get drafted?

Golic- Leinart to NO, Young to Tenn, Cutler to Detroit

Greeny- Leinart to NO, Young to Tenn, Cutler to the NYJ after a trade down

5. Who will play in the Super Bowl next year and who will have the #1 draft pick?

I think that Greeny's prediction concerning the Dolphins playing in the Super Bowl is about a year premature.

Especially in the AFC. I don't think a team from the AFC can go from a couple of straight years of missing the playoffs to being their Super Bowl representative in one season. Especially since we don't know who will be their starting QB next year (and, there are a few decent QBs in the AFC).

I think he's off with Dallas as well.

Dallas with 48 year old Drew Bledsoe? Sure.....
Apparently this Greeny fellow has no actual football insight and is just there for the shock value. What a Moron! Those aren't even educated predictions.

His predictions are too edumacated! He gradee-ated from the 4th grade! Twice!

Fun exercise. My guesses follow:

1. Where will TO play next year?

SammyJ - Denver (The NFL's new home for misfit toys.)

2. Where will Alexander play next year?

SammyJ - Seattle (I want to predict something crazy like Minesota but can't bring myself to do it. The seahawks were close enough to the Lombardi trophy that they won't want to muck with what works. I expect them to pay through the nose to retain Alexander.)

3. Will Brett Favre play next year?

SammyJ - Nope. I think he packs it in. Favre has two other choices, neither of which will be acceptable. He can take his lumps on another bad Packer team, or don another team's jersey at the risk of tainting his legacy. I don't see him choosing either, so I think he retires.

4. Where will the big 3 rookie QB's get drafted?

SammyJ - Leinart to NO, Young to Tenn, Cutler to Arizona

5. Who will play in the Super Bowl next year and who will have the #1 draft pick?

SammyJ - Super Bowl - Kansas City and Philadelphia. KC continues to improve on defense and becomes the team to beat in the AFC. Philly goes out and signs Moulds and brings in another RB to compliment Westbrook and rise again in the NFC.

SammyJ - Number 1 Pick - GB - The surest way to the number 1 pick is to play a first year QB. I only see Leinhardt starting from day one, but think the Saints while not a world-beater are too talented to finish last. My pick here is Green Bay. This is assuming that Favre retires, they turn over the reigns to Rogers and things go badly.

That 48 year old QB is 33 LMAO...now of course you may say he moves like a 48 year old but in fairness he moved like a 41 year old when he was 26. Bledsoe is more than serviceable in that offense.

It likely is but today's NFL is designed for poorer teams to recover more quickly.

Nice thought Sammy. I agree with you 100%, except for the SB, which I haven't even considered.

Correct me if I am wrong but Bledsoe still finished in the top ten and was in the top three for the entire first half of the season. 3600+ yards which put him 8th in the NFL.

23 touchdowns which put him 8th in the NFL.

Above 60% completion rate.

All of this with one of the worst offensive lines in football. He was well above most QB in all categories before the injury to Flozell Adams.

1. Where will TO play next year?

Denver

2. Where will Alexander play next year?

Seattle

3. Will Brett Favre play next year?

New Orleans :o

4. Where will the big 3 rookie QB's get drafted?

Young to Tenn, Leinart to NYJ, Cutler to Miami

5. Who will play in the Super Bowl next year and who will have the #1 draft pick?

Pittsburgh vs. Seattle

New York Jets

New England did that very thing, and not only went to the Super Bowl but won it 3 times in 4 years. I'm not saying that's typical or to be expected, but to say it can't be done is to overstate things. If Miami at least splits with New England next year, I could see them winning that otherwise weak division and then anything becomes possible in the playoffs.

TO: Denver

Shaun Alexander: Seattle

Favre: retires

Lienart to NO

Young to Tenn

Cutler to Detroit

#1 overall to Jets

#2 overall to New Orleans
