Mike and the Mad Dog show (Not Done!) (5 Viewers)

It just so happened Mike decided to mention Greinke's streak of not allowing more than 2 runs in a start this year. He made the point of reading off his game log and then mentioned how the Mets have trouble scoring runs at home too. Needless to say the Mets score 3 runs vs Greinke
clockwork! :lmao:

On Tuesday, Tubby ridiculed a caller who suggested Sterling would get $2B for his team.

"NO CHANCE he gets two billion for da Clippizzzz!!!"

The former CEO of Microsoft just posted the high bid for the Clippers: Two billion dollars.

Clockwork.

A few days ago he also proclaimed the two NBA series over and where finally getting down to what everyone wanted and expected, MIA vs SA.

Driving down to NJ right now so have Fatso on, kicked off the show with and on the Yes Network...did I say Yes Network, it is Fox...don't think I did, don't remember.

the Phil Mickelson discussion on MOnday was a bit comical with Fatso implying that they would never really go after Lefty because guys do this all the time on golf-courses around the country and that anybody would be a fool if they thought that he'd serve any time.. how about Martha Stewart?

he also you dont think a guy like carl icahn makes all that money without crossing his Ts and dotting his Is? Its like the fatso never heard of. Bernie Madoff

Regarding the Triple Crown debate, he says "in modern times in baseball, it hasn't been done in a very long time." Then, obviously, his guys put the list of TC winners up on his screen, because he clearly stares at it while rattling them off. And he even got THAT wrong, as he said "it was done last year" as he's listing the rest of them. 2012 must seem like last year to the old coot. I'll keep it on the DVR for awhile if anyone cares enough to want to see it.

He referred to the Black Sox scandal as the blacks cocks i swear
At roughly what time? I'll check the DVR later.
between 4-430. They were talking about how players in the old days were like indentured servants before curt flood. Some guy was blaming curt flood for ticket prices going from 3.50 to hundreds of dollars
He said "Black Skocks".... I would post it if it were funnier.
move the s to the first word.

I get it - and that would be hilarious. But that's not how it happened. He clearly said "Black".... then a pause, then Skocks.

A guy called up Francesa a little while ago, claiming to be a Kings fan from the Gretzky-era. He says "the Kings are so deep -- even their 3rd line with guys like John Piturzo and Tony Cadegli... they are too strong for the Rangers."

John Piturzo and Tony Cadegli must be buddies of his, because they sure as hell don't play for the Kings. He knew Mike would never catch it, since he only watches Ranger games in May and June. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I still find it mind-boggling that people actually ask him hockey questions as if he's an authority.

He ONLY watches the Rangers... ONLY when they are good... ONLY in the playoffs.

Because mikes greatest boondoggle has been convincing them that he is the all knowing authority on all thing sports when the rest of us recognize that it's Authori-TAI and he's really just Cartman.

did you call Seton Hall in 1989?

didn't think so.

As promised.

Read the description if you don't know what this is about.
You know the rhythms and bloviations of the the Mike better than I ever could, but I thought he was cutting him a break there because of the spanking new show and all. Still funny as heck.

(I used to listen to Mic'd Up -- or whatever the hell it was -- when I lived in New Haven in '07-'08-'09).
