Would it be possible for Otis to start an "Official Pat Myself on the Back" thread thread similar to the official venting thread? As fun as it is to have to wade through all these 3 week old threads when I'm trying to look for some current Week 1 info, I could really do without it.

What does this have to do with chest-thumping? This was an absurd thread three weeks ago and it's just as absurd now. The poster who started this thread is posting in the current threads about how worthless Frank Gore is. I'm merely trying to make a point regarding his objectivity.Move along, fella.

I never said Gore was worthless! I said my friend who lives in SF told me that Robby looked better in pre-season. I drafted Gore on one of my teams Thursday and I was very happy to see him do well. I just hope he can hold up for 16 games.You act like I insulted your mother. It is only FF.

My buddy who lives in SF told me a couple of weeks ago to watch for Robinson the rookie from PSU.I just saw some highlights from last night and the kid looks bigger and stronger than Gore. Robinson had 2 tough TDs runs and showed some good skills.Whoever takes gore better get Robby later in the draft because he may take over sooner than later.

Don't make a controversy where one doesn't exist.

Wasn't this thread created in the preseason? I don't think anyone is saying Robinson is a threat to steal the job from Gore right now.

However, Robinson is no slouch people. I've been watching the guy since college and his running skills are for real. Given Gore's long injury history, you gore owners should have Robinson on your team as well.

I've been watching the guy since college and his running skills are for real. Given Gore's long injury history, you gore owners should have Robinson on your team as well.

I agree, plus Gore was brittle in college as well.
