Mike X Williams SEA WR will breakout in week 6 (1 Viewer)

Settle down kids. If you took my advice and picked him up good for you. If you didn't, expect to fight the waivers. The Seahawks looked like a completely different team. First Marshawn Lynch gave them the in between tackle bruiser back that was missing and that moved the chains very well. Then Forsett served as a good change of pace. The biggest difference today is that Hasselbeck relied on the WR1 and that was Mike Williams instead of spreading the ball around during their first 4 games. I expect more targets to come and eventually a ton of fade routes in the redzone.

Many have forgotten that BMW started the year with 4 rec 64 yards with 1 redzone target his first game back in the NFL. Also in week 1 he was brought down at the 1 yard line after a 35 yard catch in what could have been an even bigger 2010 debut. Then in week 2 he suffered a thigh injury. In week 3 he had a shoulder injury. Now after the bye week he is back to full health. Deon Branch is gone. Although the Seattle passing attack hasn't shown much this year, their WR1 receiver contributed to that due to injury. With Butler and Tate stepping up it will create more opportunities for BMW. At 6'5 235 he is a redzone target. Coach Carroll will also give him every opportunity. I expect lots of targets in week 6.Week 6 prediction: 7 rec 80 yrds 1 TD"Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said he believes WR Mike X. Williams can be the No. 1 receiver for the Seahawks this season and wants Williams to show that he can fill that job, reports Eric Williams, of The Tacoma News Tribune. 'I think there is an expectation of that,' Carroll said. 'I think I've seen him that way. He was drafted to be that way. And now that we've seen him after really a long period of time of really being consistent, we should expect Mike to make things happen and control aspects of the game. He's a big dude catching the football. So we'll find out. We have to keep going to him to make sure that happens.'
An excellent call. You didn't just throw out a "just a hunch" kind of post either. You gave decent analysis into why you felt he would have a good game. More of this is needed here.

BMW got 2 redzone targets in week 6. The only other WR who got redzone looks was Butler with 1 which he converted. I'm liking the way Coach Carol is using BMW. They use him to move the chains. They use him vertically downfield. They use him in the redzone. The TDs will come.

Difference maker this week? LT Russell Okung was healthy and productive for the first time this season. He kept DE Julius Peppers in check the whole game allowing QB Matt Hasselbeck time to get the ball out. Seriously, Peppers was a no show.
Yes you are on the money. Saw the game and Okung looked good. This should amp up the passing game a bit.

Ive been on MXW since June when found and read nothing but great stuff about him in Seattle and own in 80% of my 50 odd teams and didn't drop him in any...but thanks anyways.

50 teams?!? How do you function?
He's Donny-star terminenatorello. A celebrity among the fantasy football elite. Why I knew Donny T back in the day. Back when at the birth of this whole Interwebs thing. Donny is not to be questioned, only appreciated.
