I tried to switch to almond milk, but I couldn't find a stool small enough
Yes, animal protein is pretty bad. But not as bad as plant carbohydrate.I respectfully disagree. They have been partially debunked in that they prescribe an all vegetable diet with no oils or sugar. The part about high amounts of animal protein and heart disease and cancer has been supported. That's what I'm referencing.
I have nipples, peaces, could you milk me?you can milk anything with nipples
Every person who has died has also eaten. I don't think we should trust food anymore.
When proper statistical methods are applied to The China Study data there is no meaningful correlation between animal protein and cancer. In fact when studies were run in monkeys ( vs mice), the group with the diet with animal protein outlived the group with animal protein removed from their diet. I terms of Forks over Knives it is a poorly done infomercial aimed at 300 lb "Joe Cheeseburger". Each of its main points of science are garbage. Again there is no evidence that a balanced healthy diet that includes animal protein is more prone to cancer than any vegan diet. I'll be happy to provide specifics if anyone is interested.I respectfully disagree. They have been partially debunked in that they prescribe an all vegetable diet with no oils or sugar. That's what I'm referencing.Dude, the China Study and Forks over Knives film have been completely debunked. The underlying science behind each is complete garbage. I will not provide links, but anyone with a modicum of intelligence who has taken dietary action based upon these sources go spend a few hours and do some research and you will clearly see the inherent flaws in both. It is better to learn this stuff for yourself than take my word. Go do your own research as it is better to learn than be toldGoogle The China Study and Forks Over KniveslinksAnd milk protein. Studies have shown that diets high in animal protein as a portion of daily caloric intake (15% plus) lead to heart disease and cancers. The average American consumes around or over that, ergo rises in those diseases. I suspect that milk/dairy contributes to that high animal protein factor. Most of the research is showing that milk fat is really the issue. Skim may be worse because it is higher in carbs, but the causation here seems to lie in milk fat.Actually no. Skim is worse for you than full fat milk.So skim milk is good for you. Misleading article.Calcium is needed for bone building, which would suggest milk should be beneficial. But researchers believe the fat in milk cancels out the positive effects of calcium, triggering inflammation and increasing the risk of heart attacks.
YOLO ...You Obviously Love Oreos...with your milkDdddddoooonnnnnnttt caaaarrrreee
Tastes good, I like it, YOLO
Denise Minger is so hot.Google animal protein and cancer. Several articles and studies suggest a correlation. You don't have to subscribe to the entire cult of China Study to understand that there are multiple peer reviewed studies that suggest high amounts of animal protein as a percentage of daily caloric intake are a cause of disease.China Study and Forks Over Knives go a bridge too far IMO, but are best when making fact based arguments related to science and studies. You mean google two things that have largely been shown to use skewed data and bad logic to make their points?Google The China Study and Forks Over KniveslinksAnd milk protein. Several more have been conducted since.

being sedentary and eating turns you into a potato on a couchMakes sense that milk alone doesn't make bones stronger. You have to stress your bones like the muay thai fighters if you want them to get stronger. Gotta go through the damage and rebuild cycle, just like the muscles have to go through a damage and rebuilt cycle to get stronger. Sedentary and drinking milk does nothing for your bones, just like sedentary and eating lots of steak does nothing for your muscles.
Happens to the best of us.have developed an inability to drink milk in the last couple years. used to be able to put a half gallon down without any issue.
been a while since i've had white milk but the craving hit me hard yesterday. had a half cup maybe. today....... nightmare. my stomach kills. been ####ting all day.
how come i can't drink that but could kill a gallon of chocolate a day and not feel any different?
