Do you think Darling or the previoulsy injured Hayes will be there? or will they get someone from the outside? i think they also drafted a rookie last year-- lance mitchell.

Oh no. I was dreading this thread. I knew it would arrive at some point. You have now re-opened the "Lance Mitchel for President" debate from last year.

I'd have to throw a dart between Darling, Hayes and Mitchell. Darling probably has the inside track since he was the starter last year on the Cards' Top-10 rushing D, but both Hayes and Mitchell probably have more talent and upside. I'm not sure, though, that Hayes can ever stay healthy or if Mitchell will ever recover from his knee injury from a couple years ago.

I haven't given up on Gerald Hayes yet. But his FF value is definitely hanging by a thread. On the other hand, Lance Mitchell showed just about nothing last year.

I say the odds are even the 06 Arizona MLB is not on the roster yet!
