MNF **Buffalo Bills at New York Jets** +2, 44.5 (1 Viewer)

Yeah, I'm not seeing an ankle injury there, Let's hope this isn't a repeat of the 2000 season where Testaverde ruptured his achilles on the first play.
My Patriots fans friends and I were there for that one. Jets fans in our section were throwing stuff at us and yelling at us because we wore our Patriots gear. You guys were predicted to win it all after stealing Parcells Curtis and even our punter Tom Tupa. By the time the injuries ended Tupa was your emergency qb. We escaped with the win and our lives.

Sorry from this Jets fan. No need for that. Not that it's a big deal, but regardless. . .

[AndrewSiciliano] Friendly reminder... Packers receive a 2024 1st-round pick from the trade only if Aaron Rodgers plays at least 65% of the Jets snaps in 2023. If not, the Jets send the Packers a 2024 2nd-round pick.

Yeah, we know. TLEF316 had it covered in a different thread.

I’m not going back through 5 pages but David Chao (former head trainer of chargers) is the only twitter doc I trust and he says “Fears the worst” for Rodgers. He’s rarely wrong. It’s an Achilles.

All he’s posted so far but I’m sure there will be lots more.

From Chao:

By video, significant worry for left Achilles tendon tear - carted to locker room and reportedly in walking boot for his left foot - team labeled him questionable to return with an ankle injury but he will not be back - will undergo MRI tomorrow to confirm
