Well then you'll see plenty of DB's who get beat deep just flat out tackle a guy before the ball even gets there. Spot of the foul makes way more sense.

He was clearly trying to push off but the DB can't grabs him. That's an easy defensive PI call.

I reacted initially to seeing Coop stick his hand into the DB's chest, then the DB hooked him. With Jax's post, I guess the WR can initiate contact? Didn't know.

You could easily issue 2 types, a flagrant and regular PI.
