The stupid follow up commentary about how the "field is only so long" was worse. Of course you can't have a drive longer than 99 yards. To say a drive is the longest/one of the longest is clearly meant to imply length by number of plays or by time, otherwise the comment makes no sense. And it was an 18 play drive, which is quite long.
