**Monday Night Football - Seahawks at Giants** (+2, 47) 8:15 Kickoff (2 Viewers)

40 million a year folks
He has been sacked 10 times.

His fault??!!
Sacks are a QB stat I’m told.
They are. Pressure is an OL stat. Jones is awful at recognizing pressure, hence sacks. Same thing in Chicago, AND Cincinnati.

Defenses are like that too. Pressures are a pass rusher stat, sacks are a team defense sack. A defense could have LT, Reggie White, Aaron Donald, and John Randle. If the coverage was awful, that defense wouldn't be getting that many sacks.

What is your schtick about @FFWhiskey ? Waller has been a model citizen as a Giants and very helpful in the locker room.

I don't have anything against him. He's old. That's all. He's producing like a 31 year old TE should.

I don't expect him to go all out for this Giants team. He's not a young man anymore. I just think the fall from grace is interesting.

Raiders finally pay him. Immediately realize it was a mistake, then trade him to the Giants. So he finally gets paid and then the joy of the game is stolen from him. I think it's great that he got paid, but there's a precedent for this kind of thing:

*cough* Kenny Golladay *cough*

The Giants are the one team who should have known better, yet here we are. A tragedy. 8lol8.gif

@FFWhiskey .. i have no idea what your post is about. He's not going all out? He absolutely has and Giants fans will tell you that. You're trying to extrapolate a game he doesn't catch a few balls into making him a overpaid athlete?

... Jesus Christ dude...

Just think. The Giants wouldn't sign Barkley to a long-term deal but are paying Waller $11,000,000+ a year until 2026.

Come on, guys. This **** is hilarious.
That has nothing to do with basically destroying Waller, "pooh-pooh"-ing his battle with addiction and ignoring the fact he's been a fine teammate and leader for the Giants to push some narrative that doesn't seem based in reality.

Game's over so I'll just go. Night everyone.

Dude he has 12 catches for 132 yards. He's on pace for 571 yards through 17 games.

If he is trying his hardest, then he's cashed which is worse than not trying. Guy is having a ****ing terrible season and is getting paid more than Saquan.

Bolded is the worst part of it. Trade for and then pay a washed up TE more than your star RB, because well, your star RB is a RB and they don't deserve to be paid like a washed up TE

I am number 1 in scoring about to go 0-4. Lose on Walker’s last -4 yard run.

Looking for a shirt to point to. Eff me.
I feel your pain. Weekly points scored finishes of 2, 3, 7, and 4, this is a 16 team league..... I'm 1-3. Teams just keep unloading their season highs against me.

To be fair, Waller is a bit of an outlier when you think about how great NYG has typically been hitting on star WRs and TEs...

Smart teams are always gonna bring pressure on an OL/QB combo that can't handle it. Even if you give up a few swing passes, who cares. They overall results are what we saw in NYG last night.

Staying in the NFC East ... BUF did it to Commanders in week 3. Until an Offense proves they can take advantage of your D's aggressiveness, there is no reason not to be aggressive. This is what confounds me about the WAS D. We ALWAYS rush 4. So boring and old school. PHI kinda did the same non-aggressive D against WAS even after BUF made them look horrible. Every team should bring loads of pressure against a bad OL. Too many DC's coach scared IMO.

Unsticking this one.

These can be a lot better if people will keep it on the game and not the slap fights between a few people. The majority here want to talk about the game and teams. Let's do more of that next week.

I really hate Pete Carroll
Could you expand on that? Why? It's been great having him 10+ years in Seattle. He's been competitive. He's positive. He has genuinely been a good guy.
I did like him that one time when he called a slant pass from the 1 yard line in the last minute of the super bowl. I thought he was really cool that one time.
Folks in the Sea organization told me that the call was for a run.
Wilson audibled.

There was not much love for Russ in the locker room after that season.

Sorry, but that sounds like urban legend BS AFTER Wilson left the organization.

Bevel called the play with Petes OK. Or else it would have been a bigger thing since in this age, nobody can keep things in house.
