Money Refund from Fanball (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know how to get their money back from Fanball? After 5 year my league is finally switching to MFL.

I have submitted 3 tickets asking for my money back over the past week with no response.

Their forum is also conveniently out of service.

I have found 2 phone numbers for Fanball.

The first number (800-568-6288) says that there are long hold times but no one from customer service ever picks up.

The second number (800-267-3322) says that due to the "extraordinary numbers of customer service issues we have temporarily suspended customer support".

Are you kidding me? I don't think companies should be allowed to be in business if you cannot contact them if you have problems with their service.

I want my money back. I am very close to filing a complaint with my CC company.

Has anyone had any better luck? I hate this ####### company.

When their site crashed during our draft last year we tried to get our money back. They apologized and acknowledged they screwed up, but they refused to refund the money. As compensation they offered us a free entry into their season subscriber contest. FU FBALL!!
