I'd downgrade Hardesty more than I would Tate if only for the nature of the injuries (broken ankle vs. torn ACL), and the fact that Hardesty was an injury risk going in. But they might be buy-low targets for a rebuilding team.
Just curious but has a player ever missed his rookie year with a legit injury and came back to be a stud the next year. I was a huge Hardesty fan and own him in two league but I would pretty much give him away right now. As for Tate I was never big on him and I think Foster wins that jobs easily even without the injury.

Most recently Mendenhall - but he was a first round talent.I can't remember if Jamal Anderson missed his rookie year or not. Most often, it really hurts a RB's value because their first few years are critical. WR's take time to develop so missing their rookie year isn't a big deal.
