With Corey Dillon's contract up next year and Bellichek's penchant for grinding it out if they're capable of it, one would think Maroney is in a better spot next year, no?
If Tatum is going to be the man going forward in Denver, his value is pretty high but with Shanahan's history of effing with his RB situation, that's a big if, right? On the other hand, next year it's probably Cutler's team so they're going to likely rely a little more on the run (as if they could rely on it any more than they are this year....I think Plummer has thrown for over 200 yards only once so far this year.).
Thoughts, am I missing any part of this?
