Multiple Leagues - YOUR Most Owned Players 2007 (1 Viewer)

I tried searching and didn't find anything. I've started this type of thread every year for the last couple years.

For 2007 I'm in 9 leagues and have the following the most times:

5 Michael Turner

4 Adrian Peterson min

4 Ladell Betts

4 Demetrius Williams

4 Brady Quinn

3 Chad Johnson

3 Philip Rivers

3 Alex Smith qb

3 Owen Daniels

3 Cincinnati Bengals

For 2007 the mix of my leagues is similar to prior years with a couple auction, redraft, and keepers. No dynasty or idp.

Who's your most owned if you play in a lot of leagues?

There are more than a few players that made it on to most of my rosters, but only 1 player that is on all of 'em, and that player is Leon Washington.

I'm in two leagues and deliberately avoided drafting any of the same players. I want to be able to scream at my television twice as much.

Took Crayton  in the last round of all my drafts and Bryant Johnson the round before - so I own them in all three of my leagues.

2 big money leagues, 3 players on both.

DeShaun Foster 9th round and $1

Kevin Jones 14th round and $1

Fred Taylor 8th round and $2.

3 Biggest money leagues I have :

Cedric Benson (3)

Jason Campbell (3)

Ben Watson (3)

Adrian Peterson (2)

SJax (2)

Big Ben (2)

Braylon Edwards (2)

I'm in 3 leagues and have Kitna, Delhomme, Ahman Green and Brandon EEEEEE Marshall in every single one.

Kitna was good value imo in the 6th round and 9th QB off the board.

Ahman Green good value in the 5th as my RB3.

Delhomme was a very late round (12th or so) bye-week QB to pair up with Kitna.

And Brandon Marshall was screaming my name in the 10th round of all my drafts as an upside WR4.

I'm in 10 small money leagues. I had a wide variety of draft slots but I never had the first or second pick. :-( Because of the variety my first four rounds are very different and I only have the same players two or three times max. The exception is Steve Smith who I have four times. Smith would have been a three as well but in one draft he fell to me in the middle of the 3rd! In the early middle rounds it was easier for me to get the same guys (not listed in the order they were drafted)...

L. Jordan 7

A. Green 6

Kitna 6

ADP 5

I also found a lot of Braylon Edwards, Vincent Jackson, DJ Hackett, and Kevin Curtis in the late middle rounds. Towards the end of the draft I have a surprising mix but still a heavy dose of Brandon Marshall, Jacoby Jones, Ben Watson, and Matt Schaub. Defense and kicker... who cares? :-)

3 Betts

3 Curry

3 Morency

2 McNabb

2 Gore (both Dynasty)

8 leagues, 9 leagues....seriously?

at this point you almost get to a point where you can't really win them all week to week? i guess it's the ultimate hedge, but seems a bit excessive.

4 leagues ( 1 money )

3 owens

3 henry

2 boldin

2 tom jones

2 kitna

2 calvin

2 alex smith(qb)

Yes.Win all of them? That would be nice but it's not the goal and not very realistic. The goal is to win the last one. It has nothing to do with hedging your bets.Excessive? If I'm putting forth so much effort to win two or three leagues then why not just apply that knowledge to try and win ten?The shift key is right next to the 'Z'.

I'm in 3 leagues and have:

Cadillac Williams in 3 ... thought he was great value this year

Owen Daniels in 3 ... got him late in every league, but as a backup. i think he could explode

Peyton Manning in 2 ... picked him with 8th overall in one league and 9th overall in another

LaMont Jordan in 2 ... usually had pretty good value where he was being drafted

Chris Chambers in 2 ... high risk reward kind of guy, taking a chance

Wes Welker in 2 ... i believe he'll lead NE in receptions and got him way late

After 3 or 4 leagues with different scoring/rules/keeper/draft format, etc. the additional work for another 4-5 lgs is not that much. It comes down to how much you can afford and if you can find the couple hours a week to properly manage them for waivers & trades. My goal is to have a win% over 0.600 and/or all play win% over 0.600. I've managed that or very close for a couple years now.My other goals would be to make at least 8 playoffs and 6 final 4's like 2006.After final 4 it's hard to set goals since you're at the mercy of the fb gods but 3-4 Championships outa 9 lgs would be a very nice achievement.Having most/all your leagues with the same site helps (MFL), especially their gameday s/w.
