This list is subject to change based upon the Combine and the actual NFL Draft but as of right now, this is where I have these players seeded. I don't have QBs listed because they rely waaaay too much on landing spot to determine value.
1.) Kelvin Benjamin (WR)
6,5 - 243 lbs
Has the potential to be a Demaryius Thomas - Calvin Johnson esque player. However, I think he's going to make his bread by being a physical threat rather than a speedster (like Calvin) or a big guy with quicks (like Demaryius). Has obvious upside with that 6,5 frame.
Highpoints the ball, I think he'll have a great combine and someone will reach for him.
2.) Sammy Watkins (WR)
6,1 - 205 lbs
Pretty much the ultimate WR prospect. The only thing he's lacking as a player is elite size. Beyond that he's got blazing speed, great hands, and great route running ability. Smart kid, going to make a great pro.
3.) Mike Evans (WR)
6,5 - 225 lbs
I fully expect this guy to fall a little bit in my rankings before this is all said and done. But he definitely has a Vincent Jackson vibe going for him. I question his ability to get open on the NFL level though. Going to have to watch him a bit more, ask around, and see what the combine brings.
4.) Lache Seastrunk (RB)
5,10 - 209 lbs
My personal favorite RB prospect in this draft. Fits the Chris Johnson - CJ Spiller mold and I assume will run a 4.4 forty or lower. Think he's a decent pass-catcher. Somebody is going to reach for this guy in the NFL draft. The way he accelerates is unreal.
5.) Andre Williams (RB)
6,0 - 227 lbs
One of the few backs with the size to be a workhorse back from this draft. He seems kind of sloppy with the ball and his conditioning seems like it could be better. But he runs with toughness, has a sick stiff-arm, and enough speed to turn the corner. Could rise in a good landing spot.
6.) Jarvis Landry (WR)
6,1 - 195 lbs
I like the way this guy plays the game. He makes everything he does seem easy. Seems like a very traditional 'X Receiver' in the NFL. Extreme playmaker.
7.) Marquise Lee (WR)
6,0 - 195 lbs
Not a huge believer in this guy as I don't believe he'll be able to do what he does in college on the NFL level. Depending on what he does at the combine and who drafts him, he could see his ranking plummet.
8.) Ka'Deem Carey (RB)
5,10 - 207 lbs
He seems more resilient and scrappy than he is talented. His combine numbers aren't going to jump off the chart but I think his best talent is finding his way through traffic and getting through tiny creases. A good landing spot would elevate him on these rankings.
9.) Davante Adams (WR)
6,2 - 216 lbs
I really liked watching this guy play because everything he does looks textbook. Has potential to rise up on my board with a good combine. A team would be smart to draft a guy like this. I would have ranked him about equal to DeAndre Hopkins from last year's draft.
10.) Bishop Sankey (RB)
5,10 - 203 lbs
Smaller back that runs with toughness. Could easily see him come in and carry the load for a team. Poor mans MJD.

Players to Watch:
Tre Mason (RB)
De'Anthony Thomas (RB / WR)
Jace Amaro (TE)
Allen Robinson (WR)
Carlos Hyde (RB)
Jeremy Hill (RB)
All comments and critique are welcome.
