How do you think Burress' suspension will affect him?

If he ends up staying suspended (Drew R. is appealing it now) I don't think it will have that much of an affect. Plax has looked great this year and the bigger thing is Eli looks for him a lot.

I have Marshall. If someone offered TO for him straight up, I couldn't hit DECLINE fast enough. In one fewer games he is tied for #1 in my league with Boldin.

Really? If you think so, I'd go for it. I have him as my WR3/4 and have been looking to move him. Wouldn't shock me if other owners are feeling the same ... Favre just spreading it around too much for my liking, and I will also say that I don't particularly care for this Chansi Stuckey character ...

Also remember Tony Scheffler is #1 at the TE position. Would you trade him for Gates? Of course you would, it's early and while Marshall does look good....great, I would trade him for TO in a second.

It hurts not to put them in there but Moss looks lost without Brady and Edwards has just been awful

I guess it speaks to different strategies & mentalities. I personally feel that Marshall seems poised for a career year where he will finish #1 by a grip, whereas TO will have just another top 5 season. Sure, less downside with TO, but I think Marshall's upside far surpasses TOs. Remember, Shanny has already said he is trying to replicate the 07 Pats. In that analogy, 07 Moss = 08 Marshall.Also, the Scheffler comparison doesn't pass muster. He hasn't had nearly the games that Marshall has. Besides, he isn't even #1 in my league.CUTLER/MARSHALL '08!

point well taken. stuckey was grabbed up a few weeks ago in my league. that said, my league is a PPR league and cotchery seems to be favre's #1 target, but you can never discount coles it seems. also, cotchery has been returning kicks which could be a nice side benefit if he ever runs one in.

i wish you owned him in my one league. and my opinion is based on the last half of last season, too, when he was a top 5 WR.

it depends on your scoring. i have peterson and would seriously consider it straight up. in the league i have peterson, he is woth 19 points. marshall is worth 32 and only played 2 games.in the league i have marshall, it's marshall 68-48.so tell me again, why it's so crazy?

Because stud RBs are harder to replace than stud WRs, regardless of scoring.Using your rationale, you'd take Brandon Marshall at 1.01.That's why you're crazy.

See I wouldn't even think twice of trading Cotch for any those guys unless it were a ppr league. Ocho Cinco has a great track record and I believe his struggles are more injury related than anything, he's almost back to normal and will likely show it from here on in.As for the others some are borderline guys like Evans and Ward and some are guys I think will be top-10ish guys who haven't broken out yet like Holmes and Harrison.

The Favre hype is different, because he doesn't have the track record, at least not in the Jets, that the Bengals guys have and I just don't think Cotch is as talented as White or Moss and certainly nowhere near Edwards.
