be one or two more players this weekend who put up what will look like a potentially season-long breakout performance, and are sitting on most (redraft) wires right now, primed for the plucking.

and probably two or three rookie QBs make a big splash too. Looking at you Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels. Didn't Winston and Mariota throw 4 TDs each in their debuts and everybody was all OMG! ?

Most of my leagues are deep, so unfortunately I think a lot of these players are owned in my leagues (Likely was owned in 4/4 of my redraft leagues, by me in 3 of them 
). So it's a long shot, but I'll say Luke McCaffrey. He was finally named a starter, I'm a believer in Daniels, I think Terry will eat but will also draw the majority of defensive attention esp. week 1, and I think no one else on that offense jumps out as a sure thing to me. I can see him being an underneath, middle of the field, second look/check down guy who can feast on sheer usage even if he's only showing mediocre talent. Again, a long shot, but similarly I wouldn't be incredibly surprised to see him take a possession role similar to Christian Kirk where he's getting 8-12 targets, catching 6-9 of them for like 70 yards. Maybe a lucky TD.

Someone is coming out of this offense looking great and could be a top performer and you didn't have to pay much. I think Doubs is less talented than Wicks but Doubs does seem to have a good connection with Love and that is half the battle.
A back up running back that will suddenly have the job due to injury. If there is handcuff on waivers that could be a RB2ish if they had the job I would see if I could stash them in case of injury. There always seems to be a couple of unfortunate injuries every year in week 1.

Never fails (I had him and dropped him prior to Sunday because I needed to grab someone else). I don’t regret it…yet, because I like every player I have over him long term (dynasty league). But I think he’s a savvy pickup for whoever has room for him.
