Jason RichardsonAnd go fck yourselves. I made that last pick from my phone - had no list with me.
You do understand the concept of a serpentine draft though, right?
Whatever dude. My picks happened to come up at a really bad time. I was pulled into meetings unexpectedly this morning. I'm really really sorry that I let my real life get in the way of all your fantasy lives. If you guys want to pay my mortgage then by all means, next time I'll tell my boss to f off because I need to be available in case my pick in an internet fantasy basketball draft comes up!Not trying to be a Richard here but there's a reason we have a clock and I'm not trying to run it out purposely.
It's Friday!!!!!!!!!

7.03 Derrick Williams FOn my phone somebody pm scoob please, I'm on my phone.
Williams was a very highly regarded pick a year ago that many thought should be the number one pick ahead of Irving. He should have a great opportunity to average nearly starters minutes and prove he is worthy of his pick last year after a less than stellar rookie season. He's a very low floor, high ceiling player but of all the bigs left, I think he is the only one that has a chance to be a difference maker this year. PG: Ginobili/CrawfordSG: T AllenSF: IguodalaPF: Melo/WilliamsC: BogutLooks like I'm putting a whole lot of stock on Bogut staying healthy, he's not going to have a very good backup.

Minutes are going to be tough to come by. I think some nights he'll get those starters mins and others he might not get many at all.

Williams probably needs a change of scenery. He's not a good fit with Kevin Love as the other big and really can't play the 3.

Fail

I don't disagree on the Williams assessment except his minutes will likely be all over the place. Luckily I think you will benefit from the average in this format as he is likely to play 4 minutes some games and 35 others.

:excited: Who had post #1108 in the first mention of "in this format" Pool?

That's part of where the low floor comes in, if he doesn't take a big step forward, he'll get only scraps behind Kirilenko, but if he made strides this offseason he should push Pekovic (Love moves to center) and Kirilenko for minutes and maybe even a starting role.

I hope no one here takes anything said about them too seriously. Can you imagine what Tim's therapy bills would look like if he got upset everytime he had a personally degrading comment thrown at him?

***ANNOUNCE***

Starting Monday, we go to a two hour clock. Leave lists, reschedule meetings, tell the boss to piss up a rope, use smart phones, use dumb phones, use skypager, do whatever it takes!

The bottom line is that this draft is more important than anything else you are doing. It deserves your love and respect. Every time the clock runs out a little boy is run over by a truck, so don't let little Jeffy's blood be on your hands.

Since this draft is now very serious business, can I leave my number with someone? Act now and I'll even throw in a useless 1-man list for my next pick free of charge.
