Kawhi to your boys?Miss u already Kemba.![]()
Seems about right to me. We know he can score, and he's a decent enough ball handler and passer to be an asset on the offensive end. The guy has unlimited range. Defense is a question mark, but again, who do you take at this point in the draft?I can't believe Fredette went top 10.
He needs to get away from Utah. This is the best thing for him....and all of Utah looks for the closest cliff to jump off of.
I think it's going to be Klay Thompson.Kawhi to your boys?Miss u already Kemba.![]()
More like Utah's war romm breaths a sigh of releif someone took Jimmer before he got to their pick....and all of Utah looks for the closest cliff to jump off of.
Now that I think about it, he's not a liability until the playoffs..He can probably single-handedly get you 7-7.5 winsSeems about right to me. I'm looking and laughing at you Kyle Singler.![]()
No, actual picks on the left, their mock on the right.Draft xpress mock is 11 for 11
I think being able to play zone in the NBA now helps Jimmer out a bit. He's probably more of a role player, but role players are important. I think Jimmer's athletic ability is underrated as well. Most people see a white guy and automatically assume that he's a statue. I don't see him as a guaranteed starter, but I think he can be an extremely nice 6th - 7th man.Now that I think about it, he's not a liability until the playoffs..He can probably single-handedly get you 7-7.5 winsSeems about right to me. Is he that good? Strikes me as a prototypical 6th man, but I guess at this point in this draft, he's probably BPAI can't believe Leonard hasn't been picked.
It seems like about 1/2 have been good or decent picks in the last four or five years... Beaubois, Gallinari, Batum, etc. We're yet to be able to judge some such as, most notably, Rubio. So more like 1 in 100?You guys need to view some old drafts. Unless, perhaps, you define "hit" differently than I do.Agreed, except I'd put the Euro hit rate at 1 in 50.For the Cavs fans that complain about the pick, Im guessing no one really wanted to trade up. When before the draft theyre talking about Kemba going 17th, why trade up?!These Euros usually hit 1 in every 5. Be happy you picked the black canadian!![]()
I don't see him as a statue, but he's one of the worst defenders I've ever seen. Maybe its partly because he had to carry the whole offense, but he might as well have sat on the bench when the ball was at the opponent's end.I think being able to play zone in the NBA now helps Jimmer out a bit. Typical Suns draft :(wasnt Marcus supposed to be the more touted brother?? Did they pick the wrong one![]()
I agree that he needs work on the defensive end, but if you have decent enough athletic ability, which I think Jimmer does, then it's just a matter of listening to the coaches and working hard. He'll never be a great defensive player, but I think he possesses enough athletic ability to be serviceable. For the record, I'm not a Jimmer fan boy.I don't see him as a statue, but he's one of the worst defenders I've ever seen. you mean Mrkeef?Marcus is funny.![]()
What position do you play?Gotta trade him. We have two far better scoring forwards on the roster

Bye, bye Granger.Smart move, IMO.Pacers certainly have a lot of wings.
