He's not that good.Sessions got the flu or something? He's been non existent.

That 3 he nailed to cut it down to 80-74, that was huge. OKC is running away by 9, ton of momentum and he just lets you know that as long as he is on the floor that this game is not over.Obviously I give Kobe a ton of crap, but he's been phenomenal tonight.
Yea, whats the deal on him? I haven't been able to watch much this season, but the little I have seen of him since the trade he shows flashes of absolute brilliant and superb court/management then I never see him again. I'm guessing he's a liability on D or what? He's not that good.Sessions got the flu or something? He's been non existent.
They may have been better off with Fishers outside jumper.Sessions got the flu or something? He's been non existent.
He hasn't played in a good offense for him since Milwaukee. I think he's talented enough to be a starting PG, just not for a team with the offensive talent that the Lakers have because he needs the ball in his hands. Hes a better version of Jeremy Lin.He's not that good.Sessions got the flu or something? He's been non existent.
A poor defender and a mediocre shooter, not exactly what the Lakers need. He would fit a lot better in their second unit with Kobe off the floor where he can run pick and roll with one of the bigs.Yea, whats the deal on him? I wonder if they can figure out something like Gasol for Anderson, Nelson and Reddick. The Lakers might be better off with a stretch 4 and some more help around the rest of the team. I still think that Nash-Gortat-Hill for Bynum trade that I suggested in like January would have made them the favorite for the championship. Can the lakers take trade offers for gasol before the game ends? The tension between he and shooterama Bryant is visible.
If the Heat can get healthy (not likely, but possible) and make it too the finals (I still think they are the favorites from the east) I think they will beat the Thunder or Spurs. Can we just re-seed the conference finals so the Thunder and the Spurs are playing in the actual NBA finals, instead of the ostensible one?
Yep. Guy is a doosh of the highest magnitude, but he competes as hard as anyone I've ever seen in any sport.Kobe refuses to give up. I love Kobe Bryant.
They would have got hammered worse by the Spurs. They're probably the 4th-best team in the league this year, but it's a pretty massive gap after SA/OKC.Three possibilities:1. This Laker team is never going to win another championship. Time to blow it up. Make a big move- go out and get Howard or another elite guy to play alongside Kobe. 2. This was just a bad matchup for the Lakers. They need to get a new point guard, Sessions is not the answer. 3. This was just a bad matchup for the Lakers. With another year under his belt, Sessions will be a much better player and this team will be back in the championship hunt. Which is it?
I think everybody knew that Sessions wasn't the answer, he was just a massive upgrade from Blake and Fisher. Sessions is style of play is a pretty bad fit for the Lakers, I'm actually surprised it worked out as well as it did. Toney Douglas would be a good flier for the Lakers and I'm sure he would come cheap from the Knicks. He plays defense and can shoot, this year notwithstanding. I bet he bounces back next year for a different team as a solid 3rd guard.Three possibilities:

Not really. I've watched some real jerks play in the bast. Albert Belle, Milton Bradley, a few others come to mind. Even Dennis Rodman. I don't think Kobe compares to any of those guys.Yep. In the regular season the Thunder, Spurs, Heat and Bulls were all far better teams. Injuries killed the Bulls and are in the process of doing the same for the Heat but they were very good teams most of the year. They would have got hammered worse by the Spurs. They need somebody who can pass the ball. I wonder if there's any way to get a couple years of Steve Nash without tearing up the team. They also need a much better bench so that Kobe can get more rest during the season the way Tim Duncan does.I think everybody knew that Sessions wasn't the answer, he was just a massive upgrade from Blake and Fisher. Pau has played fine tonight. But he has not played fine all series. Tonight's loss has much more to do with the greatness of the Thunder than any problems with the Lakers. The Thunder have been great on offense and defense. They beat any team in the NBA the way they played tonight and in game 1.Blame Pau commences in about ten minutes. When in doubt, blame Pau.
What's the go-to postgame spot in OKC? Applebees?

Sessions is usually a pretty sure passer and I don't think that's a big need for them anyway. The only passes a Lakers PG needs to make are an entry pass and a pass to Kobe at the 3-point line. They need somebody who can pass the ball. Come on now. He had a pretty good third quarter. I thought all the Lakers came to play tonight. They were just overwhelmed.Leave Andrew Bynum in Ok City. Make him pay for his own ####### flight back to LA. ####### piece of ####.
Bynum can't be bothered by the basketball thing on most nights, at least he looks that way.Leave Andrew Bynum in Ok City. Make him pay for his own ####### flight back to LA. ####### piece of ####.
Lol. My friend who did 10 years in the Army and went everywhere swears by that city. Said he had some of his most fun in OKC. I still don't believe him. What's the go-to postgame spot in OKC? Applebees?
JJ's Alley bar! $5' 16 oz. PBR's with a whiskey shot included. JJ the owner is a dead ringer for russell Crowe. And a bad ### named dillon holds court there...What's the go-to postgame spot in OKC? Applebees?
He's 7"1, 285, and he has 4 rebounds and 0 blocks in 35 minutes. In what universe is that "coming to play"?Come on now. He had a pretty good third quarter. I think Jim Buss' refusal to let Kupchak deal Bynum this summer with be the unraveling of the Lakers. This should be Bynum's last game in a Laker uni.Bynum can't be bothered by the basketball thing on most nights, at least he looks that way.Leave Andrew Bynum in Ok City. Hilarious. Drink it in Mitch. Why is the Lakers GM sitting by himself in a crowd of Thunder fans? Were they out of the good seats?

I'll be surprised if it isn't. He would be a nice fit next to Faried and Gallo in the Nuggets front court. So this is definitely Gasol's last game as a Laker right?
