First clue: don't make this current conversation about meSecond clue: focus on the team you should focus on. Third clue: read all of the above.Lets just stop replying to drummer and maybe he will go away. TIA.
Yea, they are a mess. Doc called them out harshly the other night.I think they gotta deal Rondo at this point. Also come on Boston.. should have been able to exploit the Leuer-less Cavs inside. Baaaddd loss.
Please stop engaging him. Between his spamming of posts and everyone who quotes him in their replies, it's seriously undermining the ignore feature.Im noticing a recurring theme here: you make no sense. I'm just going to stop now for the benefit of the thread and return to actual nba talk. I stand by my feelings on the lakers issues that you attempted to refute by saying some chick could talk better hoops.Of course. It's more your speed. His thoughts and points are more easily discernible.Stole that from your 3 year old nephew it seems. You make no sense. Thanks a lot. She still can shake you outta your laces, and is way stronger. She is just a inch short or two of Lisa Leslie (who I've met and talked to), and can pwn you anyday of the week and in the leap year. Lulz, you got mad because a girl can beat you.I have a 3 year old nephew with a nerf hoop that makes more sense than anything you've posted the last few weeks. You're currently the unanimous pick for worst poster in this thread. You're so bad, in fact, that people are clamorring for jmon. Jmon, an infantile Kobe worshipper capable of only irrational thought. The people prefer that to your nonsensical ramblings.Jeebus, just give it up. I know a girl (who went to a big time college playing basketball) that can talk better basketball than you.The lakers are an old slow team with ####ty perimeter defenders and the best center in the league. Yet they are "playing" as if they are some team with a top wing player that can run you off the court. Kobe saying he is passing up shots to get Howard the ball is bs. Kobe shoots so damn much that Howard rightfully expects that Kobe will shoot and not pass when he has the ball, causing errant passes and turnovers. Howard needs to be the focus at least the first 3 quarters. Get him space down low. Have pau at the top if the key. Have Nash run the O. This isn't complicated. It's stubbornness.
ETA: Leeroy, why you bring your 3 year old nephew into a convo between two grown men is something I wouldn't do even on the internet. But since it's the internet, you think your innocent 3 year old nephew has something to do with all the serious business?
How low do you have to stoop dude? Isn't there a THAT'S SOMEONE'S DAUGHTER GUY rule here in the FFA? Just keep this between you and I. No need to bring Family into a FFA NBA Skrubs thread.
Throw your colors DOWN.

Do it. It can't be any worse than keep posting about me. I have taken over this thread, and I have a week's worth of stuff before I get into the Super Bowl. Let's make this next week about me in this thread. You're off to a great start already. THROW.YOUR.COLORS.DOWNSkrubs as a new subtitle."Throw your colors DOWN"![]()
You don't venture into the Shark Pool much do ya?Thanks dude, One more page click in this thread about me, not the NBA. I give the kids what they want. They miss JMon here. You might miss JMon here, and I can see why,"You're the one who has to show me something. I got over 30 years of Laker basketball in my veins Chango. Los Lakers. Do you believe in something like that? If you do, show me. Throw your colors DOWN. I'll throw mine in this stupid thread and not give a #### about it. I got mine. Show me yours."That whole paragraph is so awesomely insane.
I have a dream that one day we live in a nation where we will not be judged by our colors, but by the ability to throw them down.~MLKIs this the thread where we throw our colors down?
It's the FFA. Color is a HUGE thing here. Just read any tim thread. On second thought, let's not only pin that on tim. Just read the first page on any given day. BTW thanks for giving me credit on furthering this conversation. I know what the FFA needs. Is this the thread where we throw our colors down?
You have the right to choose. I ain't taking that away from ya.I'll take that as a yes
Ignore is a bad habit. Just to let you know. What a ####### train wreck this thread has become. Time to put drummer back on ignore.
This thread is 875 pages. A train track would have to circle.....What how many times around the globe? IT'S 5:46 PACIFIC TIME. MAKE YOUR MARKS NOWSeriously guys, the dude is going to completely derail this thread, if he hasn't already, if you keep egging him on.
this thread seems to parallel the lakers season! What a ####### train wreck this thread has become. Time to put drummer back on ignore.

Pretty sure that's his objective, and as a Laker fan, I don't blame him. On another topic - am I delusional or does Andre Drummond look like he has the potential to be as good, if not better than Dwight Howard? The kid is a physical specimen (7'6" wingspan) and already has great upper body strength (esp. compared to Anthony Davis). His athleticism and coordination are off the charts - he measured a 33' vertical at the combine and can play comfortably above the rim. He's still terribly underdeveloped offensively, with very limited post moves and no jump shot, but every time I watch him, I'm extremely impressed by his handles. His per 36 PER's are off the chart, btw - mainly because all he does is put back dunks. I'm starting to think that, despite the monster rookie season Lillard is having, that Drummond will end up being the best player out of the 2012 draft. Davis is also playing well and not a disappointment at all and, imo, has a more versatile game. However, unlike Drummond, Davis desn't seem to have the bulk to bang inside and be the dominant defensive presence inside that I think Drummond will be - at least at this point anyway. Lillard is great but I'm not sure how much better he gets from here.Seriously guys, the dude is going to completely derail this thread, if he hasn't already, if you keep egging him on.
I didn't see it happening to this extent, but he's obviously worked hard to make his game translate from the NCAA.JJ Redick with a pretty efficient 9/10 from the floor last night for 26 points.I can't believe how good he's become. He's going to make a contender really happy in a few months.
I'm not here to derail a thread that has JMon gerbil sprinting a wheel under Skrub's sweaty comb over for years. It's 875 pages. Last time I lived in NY, it was all Tommy Maddox and Dan Reeves. But I did happen to catch the Adirondacks in the Fall. I love how all his teammates make sure the ref is alright and kind of joke with him and Butler is oblivious to the whole thingButler's block =

Still not interested in him at that contract.Brook Lopez having a great year so far....lot of people were very down on him in the offseason banter...I havent ben in the thread lately so was wondering if his strong start has changed any minds...especially Orlando fans who said they wanted no part of him and happy they passed on the Nets deal.
Needs more Martin and Scola worked in somehow.Would most certainly need to have a 1st rounder from Charlotte in there. Or MKG. Or MKG and a pick. Thats a terrible rumor. How about this one: Toney Douglass, Patrick Patterson, and Donuts for J-Smooth.Miguel Angel Paniagua: Rumor with some legs from Charlotte- DeSagana Diop, Ben Gordon and a draft pick for Pau Gasol. That is lik the worst rumor ever. Lakers cant be anywhere close to that desperate yet.
He's been arguably the best center this season. What more could you want from him? His rebounding has gone from dreadful to mediocre and having Evans and Hump at the 4 will keep it from getting much better. Another season of production like this change your mind?Still not interested in him at that contract.Brook Lopez having a great year so far....lot of people were very down on him in the offseason banter...I havent ben in the thread lately so was wondering if his strong start has changed any minds...especially Orlando fans who said they wanted no part of him and happy they passed on the Nets deal.
No need to apologize GB, you've stumbled upon greatness. I'm throwing my colors down on the company dime right now, FYI.Sorry guys.
How are the players doing that Orlando recd in the deal....not being snarky - I havent been watching Orlando.....I cant imagine not having some buyers remorse over the way Brook is playing. He's a very good young center than Orlando could have built around....his contract is not crazy as long as he puts up anything close to what hes doing now....not sure what more you could expect except make sure he does it for the entire season.Still not interested in him at that contract.Brook Lopez having a great year so far....lot of people were very down on him in the offseason banter...I havent ben in the thread lately so was wondering if his strong start has changed any minds...especially Orlando fans who said they wanted no part of him and happy they passed on the Nets deal.
Do you think Sir Alex Ferguson is going to replace David De Gea with Victor Valdes at goalie this summer?Last time I lived in NY, it was all Tommy Maddox and Dan Reeves. cool - I havent paid attention to Orl - so looks like the deal/non-deal worked out for both the Magic and Nets so far...sometimes the best deal is one you dont make. It would be interesting if the Lakers offered Howard for Lopez now if the Nets would do it or not.....Kidd, Brooks has been great so far but Orlando did much better in the end imo. Vucevic is turning into a stuff before our eyes, Harkless is a far better prospect than Marshon and Afflolo is a solid starting nba wing. Considering how bad people thought the magic did (myself included) they ended up doing well for the Dwightmare
This is straight up gangsta ####, bro. You tell him!Well, she is a Laker fan who knows more about the league and Laker basketball than you. The point is that your idea of Laker fans is totally idiotic, since you park in a Skrubs thread. It's not that Srkubs is a total moron. It's just that you;re more a moron for following the meme that Ferris did a better job of. I know Laker basketball like I know 49er football. It's being a hardcore fan. I just laugh at the idiocy of the Laker talk here. If you fall into the trap and have no balls to talk Laker basketball, than fine. Just don't do it. I can talk Clyde Drexler all day. I can talk Steve Nash all day. I can talk John Stockton all day. I love all those players. Take the stupid JMon meme off this thread in the subtitle. Maybe then this thread could be taken seriously. I just play with the shtick that's on the court. You're the one who has to show me something. I got over 30 years of Laker basketball in my veins Chango. Los Lakers. Do you believe in something like that? If you do, show me. Throw your colors DOWN. I'll throw mine in this stupid thread and not give a #### about it. I got mine. Show me yours.
He's certainly been better defensively and on the boards, but I think Zach Lowe posted something the other day showing that the nets are the worst team in the league at rebounding opponents' missed shots when Lopez is on the floor without Evans. That said, while he has his flaws, he will definitely be worth the contract if he keeps playing like this. He's been arguably the best center this season. What more could you want from him? His rebounding has gone from dreadful to mediocre and having Evans and Hump at the 4 will keep it from getting much better. Just to add on to the Vucevic thing, if Bynum never plays a game for them they will be killing themselves for this trade. Vucevic has quietly put up 13 points and 13 rebounds a game over the last 26 games and he is only 22. He is shooting over 50% from the floor and he blocks 1 shot a game. Young capable centers are hard to find in the NBA.Not sure if you know, but I am a Nets fan now and as good as Brook is playing and as young as he still is, i would deal him for Howard in a nano second. I actually think Dwight fits in perfectly in this slow paced Nets team with lots of wing scorers. Nets would still deal for Howard dont think the rumors wont start up again real soon if Dwight really wants out of LAcool - I havent paid attention to Orl - so looks like the deal/non-deal worked out for both the Magic and Nets so far...sometimes the best deal is one you dont make.
