This means somethingKyrie officially signed his extension. At 3:30.
Yeah but San Diego is expensive....Was there actually a San Diego vs. Cleveland debate springing up somewhere in the last few pages?
All what, exactly? What would be the point of all of this if he wasn't planning on staying in Miami? Does he not get enough attention already?
The point of what? Him saying absolutely nothing? Him taking his time to make a major life decision? Not sure what the problem is here. What would be the point of all of this if he wasn't planning on staying in Miami? Does he not get enough attention already?
I don't buy it that Miami fans haven't been sweating and aren't still sweating at this moment. All what, exactly? What would be the point of all of this if he wasn't planning on staying in Miami? Does he not get enough attention already?

when the Chargers leave, San Diego will have zero professional sports teams in sports that matter.the beaches are great and all and it's certainly not a bad place to live. just not much character to the city itself imo. feels suburban.Stop trying to out-stupid the Clev folks Rude.btw, Cleveland > Miami
San Diego kind of sucks as a city too honestly
I still like it there and all.![]()

So a warmer, better-looking version of Buffalo, then.when the Chargers leave, San Diego will have zero professional sports teams in sports that matter.the beaches are great and all and it's certainly not a bad place to live. just not much character to the city itself imo. feels suburban.Stop trying to out-stupid the Clev folks Rude.btw, Cleveland > Miami

Opt out. There is a maximum contract in my pants right now.
I haven't had a favorable opinion of him the past few years. If he goes back to CLE that would change.Everyone outside of Miami prefers him to sign with Cleveland, right?
I think Sacramento would be great.Everyone outside of Miami prefers him to sign with Cleveland, right?
I think he's handling everything just fine if he intends to sign with Cleveland. I think it may be as big a PR disaster as the decision at this point if he and his handlers allowed this much suspense and optimism to build, only to pull the rug out from under them again. Cleveland fans would then be 100% justified in storming his compound with torches and pitchforks, IMO.now come onThe point of what? Him saying absolutely nothing? his agent or some other spokesperson could have put a damper on a lot of this cleveland stuff ages ago had they wanted to
there were articles about how his agent was saying it was "his mission" to get bron back in cleveland!
this is not a runaway train the king cannot control, he has chosen not to and chosen to let his people let it roll

I believe there was a deadline where he had to make a decision, and at that time Lebron was uncertain of what he was going to do. Wade opted out knowing that if he didn't the Heat were screwed and it would be less likely Lebron would come back, believing that if James didn't come back the Heat front office would still take care of him.Serious question: Why would Dwayne Wade opt out of his contract if Lebron was leaving? I apologize if this has been asked and answered here already.
Hardest thing for me to get over if he's leaving. Udonis, too.Serious question: Why would Dwayne Wade opt out of his contract if Lebron was leaving? I apologize if this has been asked and answered here already.
No, he found the missing Malaysian Plane.LeBron shot and killed in police standoff?
NFL and NHL teams > MLB teamSo a warmer, better-looking version of Buffalo, then.
I think everyone assumes the Heat front office has given him assurances that he will be made whole and then some in exchange for the obvious flexibility he provided by opting out.Serious question: Why would Dwayne Wade opt out of his contract if Lebron was leaving? This may be my favorite Internet message board thing ever.

I think it's possible that LeBron genuinely didn't know what he would do and Wade's opt-out was basically a necessary step if Miami hoped to keep him. If they're paying Wade close to max money the next two years they can't show LeBron any real chance to upgrade the roster.
I'm sure Lebron is terrified of what Haslem is going to do during his 7 mins of playing time per game.Hardest thing for me to get over if he's leaving. Udonis, too.Serious question: Why would Dwayne Wade opt out of his contract if Lebron was leaving? I apologize if this has been asked and answered here already.
I know for sure I would NOT want to skip out on UD and then have to face that guy.

I thought we were discounting NFL teams that were probably leaving town soon?NFL and NHL teams > MLB teamSo a warmer, better-looking version of Buffalo, then.
He was done meeting with anybody last night. How long does it take? I understand he doesn't have that many fingers and toes, but, his agents should be able to explain it to him.that is what i assumeI think everyone assumes the Heat front office has given him assurances that he will be made whole and then some in exchange for the obvious flexibility he provided by opting out.Serious question: Why would Dwayne Wade opt out of his contract if Lebron was leaving? if this was a done deal to the heat i really do not see lebron going through all of this.

It wasn't Josh Gordon driving drunk, it was LeBron.@drewmagary: What if the cops are at LeBron's house because they want to arrest him?

At this point, the gray T-shirt LeBron on LeBronJames.com has stared through my soul and made a decision on my existence.

He's handled it exactly how he should. He's been quiet and he'll announce his decision when he is ready. Not sure what you want from him.
