Need a new remote control and have questions (1 Viewer)

I'm looking at the Logitech Harmony One remote and want to make sure it will work with my devices before buying. I tried looking online but having never bought a universal remote I think I'm just too dumb to know where to look/what I'm looking for.

In addition to my TV, I'd like it to control my:

Sony Sound Bar

PS4 (Movies/Sunday ticket)

Apple TV (not the one that was just released)

Direct TV receiver

Does anyone know if this will work for these? And if so, how hard is the setup?

Will work with whatever you need. Takes a little time to set up but once you do, you can set it up any way you want it.

Not 100% sure, but I don't think it will directly work with the ps4. The ps's use Bluetooth and that Harmony only does IR I believe.No idea on the apple tv, but the harmony website is usually pretty good about saying what it works with.

So I decided to go with the Harmony one. Ended up ordering it that night and much to my surprise they said it would be delivered on xmas eve! I had to work that day so I had it delivered to my work address, and of course, it never showed. Looked up my tracking information and it's showing that it's been delivered to the Oklahoma City sorting facility 3 times due to "adverse weather conditions". Effing a-holes!

FYI - I did find out you can control the soundbar from your phone via bluetooth. I had to do that since the dog decided the tiny little remote that came with it was a chew toy.

I have an older one and have not had issues with anything. Love it.

My old Sirius radio I had to learn the remote but that worked great
