Which of these 3 would you start, ppr:

Courtland Sutton, #1 target in Denver, low passing volume though

Garrett Wilson, NYJ, forecasted heavy rainfall

DeAndre Hopkins, TN, Up and down all season, last week was an up week

I see them all in the same boat. Without considering weather, Wilson would be the #1 choice. However, I'll take Sutton with him having a similar ceiling. I think Hopkins could have trouble against Miami's solid outside corners.
