Need help with expansion. (1 Viewer)

Currently i run a 24 teams league, with seperate player pools, i am looking to expand to a full 32 team league with 16 teams in each league. We have a 26 man roster with a four man practice squad that does not count against the salary cap. So you can keep four players on your practice squad and they do not count against the salary cap or roster limit of 26 players unless we promote them. We start 2 dl, 2 lb and 2 dbs. We are switching to a format of 2de, 2dl, 2lb, 2 cb and 2 safteys. Any suggestions at all of how many players we should be allowed to protect would be great.
