New art series: Football play diagrams - have a favorite play to share (1 Viewer)

So, football talk usually doesn't go over that well in here, but I will give it a shot. I am making some paintings for my son's room. He is a huge football fan, but likes different teams. So, I was looking to make some things that were football specific and not team/player specific. I have decided to make some plays that look like they were drawn up on a chalkboard ( I have made some chalk board images for a long time now). I am making them in encaustic- which is melted wax and pigment.

Since the lions only have 1 WR, a 2RB 2TE formation with Bush split wide oposite side of Calvin also split wide. This puts their best talent on the field while stretching the defense out for Bell & the TEs to hit the funneled out middle.

you could probably make a decent amount of money selling these based on famous plays of certain teams.

the catch, the ice bowl qb sneak, marshawn lynch "earthquake run", etc...
