New England, Indy and Pittsburgh (1 Viewer)

Over the past seven years, these three teams have dominated both the AFC and the NFL. Of course New England has led the way, but both Indy and Pitt have numerous AFC Championship Game appearances, and a Superbowl ring. All three have been much better than any team that has come out of the NFC. Once again this year, these three teams appear to be the best in football.

And the thing is, all three of these teams are filled with young players! They all may be great for years to come. Is there anyone out there who doesn't think that the next five or so Superbowls will not continue to be won by one or all of these fine franchises?

It's possible but things change pretty quickly in the NFL. Next thing you know, SF turns into a powerhouse.

Harrison won't play forever and it's still a question mark how well Wayne will do as the #1.

Im a Steeler fan, not an Indy fan, but I predict Anthony Gonzales will be terrific as an eventual replacement for Marvin. Wayne is great, Clark is great, Addai is outstanding. Ugoh is turning out to be very good... that offense will put up lots of points for years to come, so long as Peyton is there, I guarantee it...

why dont you add the Cowboys to that list

Romo

MBIII

D. Ware

Just need to replace some aging WRs and that will be a good unit for another 3-5 years.

Both the Cowboys and the Chargers have lots of young talent, true, but neither of these teams have done anything in the playoffs yet. New England, Indy, and Pittsburgh have veterans, still young, but who have been through the wars. All three of these teams know how to finish the job, and that's proven by the rings on their fingers. That's why I set them apart.

It remains to be seen how Pittsburgh will do in the years to come once their new head coach puts his true stamp on the team. Right now, this is basically still Bill Cowher's team.

When is the last time the Cowboys won a playoff game?
