New Megadeth (1 Viewer)

I would really love to hear this, but I'm about to go to bed and I'll never fall asleep if I listen to this right now.

Tomorrow I'm gonna rock this out.

Has more of a Peace Sells feel to it (but not genuine enough, IMO)...I was hoping for more of a Countdown feel (yeah, I know Im probably in the minority here)

Grinding my teeth, white knuckles grasp at the wheelI rush from an avalanche of adrenaline, its all that I feel

As quick as a bolt of lightning, a rocket ride in a bucket seat

It doesnt get any better than this, it just feeds my need for speed

Supercharged, strapped in and screaming

Fire spiting from the pipes

A burnout by the flame throwing fury

8,000 horses ignite

Full throttle, hit the ground running

With a tank full of nitro

And its 1,320' to go to the finish line

Solo - Chris

My hands hold tight, a fire breathing stampede

I fall into a trance, hold my breath till the light turns green

In a cloud of nitro methane, melting rubber, I say my prayers

Man and machine accelerate and I vanish in thin air

Supercharged, strapped in and screaming

Fire spiting from the pipes

A burnout by the flame throwing fury

8,000 horses ignite

Full throttle, hit the ground running

With a tank full of nitro

And its 1,320' to go to the finish line

I wish they would just bury the hatchet. Both bands. Can you imagine a show with Megadeth and Metallica? Especially when both bands go on stage near the end for a jam?

Who's their lead guitarist these days?
According to that youtube link it says, [solo-Broderick]. Not sure who that is...ETA: That intro was pretty slick. I wasn't expecting it and was impressed.
I've never heard the guy before, but let's just say
Per Wiki:

Broderick started playing guitar when he was 11 years old and his playing styles range from pop to RnB, classical, and jazz. Broderick has been said to have practiced 14 hours a day over summer as a teen. He would wake up early in the morning, practice electric guitar for 5 hours, practice classical guitar for 5 hours, practice piano for 2, and practice violin for 2 hours. But he has said that at that time it seemed more like a "chore" than for entertainment.[1] He was a standout player in the Denver music scene from 1988 on in bands Grey Haven, and Killing Time.

He also has a degree in classical guitar music performance at the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music.
