Well, I finally did it. After years of hanging out on these boards and even a couple years before that lurking, I finally subscribed to receive the pay content. I've been playing FF since about 1993 and have been pretty successful in dozens of leagues just by doing my own research. It was fairly easy to do if only because it was my primary hobby and I had a good amount of free time (no life) to do it. So why am I subscribing now?
- I have my first kid on the way in a couple days, so needless to say I'm gonna be crunched for time. Wifey made that very clear. I'd like to repeat my past successes, but I'm not ashamed to contract out the work, if you know what I mean.
- As I said I've been hanging here for awhile and enjoy the forums - even though I get more out of the FFA sometimes.
That being said, I almost feel I should "donate" to the cause for all the free infotainment I've gotten in the past.
- I've blown $27 on much stupider stuff countless times in my life.
- I don't expect anything too great from the pay-content (but I'm hoping to be surprised). I mean, most of the free articles I've seen about draft strategies and so forth aren't anything groundbreaking. No offense intended. I'm doing this more for the consolidation of information promised (item #2 in the Why Subscribe section).
You regular subscribers - treat me like I just walked into Disneyworld - what's the best pay-content to visit first?
