How do you browse available games? I only see my games that I have been invited to or joined or the option to create a new game.
Hmmm, I'm guessing there were no new games with open seats? I can't see any other menus to go through to browse open games.

I hate Challenge 2 with every fiber of my being. Every time I think I'm doing ok and have 67 armies/turn and am into the other continent screwing up AI bonuses, they show up on unexpected borders with about a million armies each

Be careful with the 5 minute boot times. People will use them. Especially when you have more units and decisions and are beating them.

Unless you are playing multiple fast games or do something silly like unplug your computer, 5 minutes is more than enough time, I play a lot of 1 minute games with boot options after 5 minutes.If you need to change a diaper or something just type in chat, people are reasonable.

In.Have only played this a few times but I love it. Never in an 8-player format like this.

Random is fine. Adds a whole new element to the game, it's pretty cool. Only thing you have to watch out for is that you share cards, have to talk to your teammate and find out who needs it more.

Card sharing is a great twist to the game IMO. A little self-sacrifice can go a long way.Just played a 2v2 where I holed up in Africa and let my partner go nuts with the cards... strategy worked perfectly.
