It's Friday (3/29) since they have to be one waivers two days after the draft.  Then it should go back to it's normal Monday/Thursday (AM) schedule.

I'll deflect blame here to a certain non-responsive former owner.

Honestly, not being very familiar with this format, I think you have to go through the process a couple times (or at least more than once) to get the strategy down. That's my real excuse, anyway. @Eephus has been a lot of help but there's no substitute for experience. He'd have been even more helpful had I been more diligent about following his advice.

That and spending more than 5 minutes on prep would've helped. I've had more on my plate than at any other time in my life by orders of magnitude. It's started winding down now, but before the draft I was on the phone with one of my professors with my laptop open on the passenger seat, lost track of time and got a PM from rodg that the draft had started, and had to pull into a bank to get set up a wifi connection through my phone. It's been crazy.

I didn't even set my lineup until last night

I think Monday waivers must really mean Sunday overnight.  Same with Wed overnight for Thursday.

Which is cool because I like having 3 open spots on my roster for the week.

You essentially eliminate the faab and go back to the rat race of who can jump on players the quickest with daily imo.   The point of the faab is to give more people a chance to bid on players.  Obviously you disagree, but there you go.

Should add -- Especially important when you can keep players for their faab amount that you have as many with a chance to bid as possible.
