I mentioned this at the time, and none picked up on it.

When Wilson threw back across the field in a desperation try for the 2pt conversion, had GB intercepted this they would have walked into the end zone for two points and the win. It's by no means certain the pass by Wilson was the right decision at the time. It worked, but there was a lot of luck involved.

When they recovered that kick I was asking myself if this could actually happen. From there I mostly just paced around, this #### never happens to my teams. My teams always lose these. ####, exhausting. Not even sure I can watch this second game.

Lacy had 9 carries for 54 yards rushing in the first quarter. Then Lacy had 3 carries in the second quarter. I think they could have controlled that game just by running Lacy in the second quarter. They went conservative and started running in the fourth quarter when they thought the game was in hand. Then that is what Seattle expected so they couldn't succeed.

Oh, believe me. It ain't easy but I'm trying to set a good example for my son who's in the room with me. Throwing furniture and breaking #### while swearing probably is not a good example. :)

Bitter loss for Packer fans, but anyone saying they saw THAT coming is a liar. Just shows you can't take your foot off the gas in this league.

Congrats on a good season Packers, they played one hell of a football game for 3 quarters, hard to explain the 4th quarter.

Parting thoughts: football is the greatest game, because of days like this. Russell Wilson should have no doubters left. Kid lead his team back to the Super Playing hurt and playing poorly. He's a champ. No way Seattle doesn't sign Marshawn to a 2-3 year contract after this. What happens in he Super Bowl doesn't matter. The Beast was the difference today.

Oh, and Seattle's D is good.

I've always like RW - he was great here at WI. It's hard to root against him. Seattle has a real winner at QB for them.

You guys sure you don't want Flynn back? :)

 
Here is why I don't feel sorry for the Packer fans, because next season Aaron Rodgers will still be their QB. I am a Bears fan, our QB will still be Jay Cutler. Soooooo, don't feel sorry for you guys.

I don't think you can return a conversion for points in the NFL so Wilson had nothing to lose throwing it up for grabs. No idea how the Packers did not break up the pass though

I'm not sure what's happened in this thread since I last posted but that was an amazing game. Packers played awesome... I was ready to concede... thank goodness Shorty McThree wasn't giving up. Awesome game Packers nation. You guys were both dominant and mostly classy. Unbelievable game. Hope Rodgers is healthy for your run next year.

 
Very disappointing as a Packer fan. Gotta play 60+ minutes. Packers didn't do that. Honestly, I'm surprised the Packers lost & before the game started I truly expected the Packers to win.

Congrats Seattle for struggling through against a great team. You deserved to win. Good job for not quitting when you could've easily done so. To be honest I'm not certain the better team won but congrats. You deserved it because the Packers did not put you away when they had the opportunity.
