NFC Championship GB@Seattle (1 Viewer)

So... just so we're clear? Richard Sherman has a torn bicep more than likely right? He hasn't been able to extend that arm since the play.

Amazing comeback by Seattle. You guys deserve that SuperBowl berth. I can't say enough good things about the Hawks - what fight and great football.

Worst loss in GB history, I think. Simply unbelievable you intercept a QB 4 times and you still lose. While I didn't think GB would realistically win, I though for sure after the 1st quarter that we would. What a huge let down.

At the very least, Capers and Bostick have to go.
Agreed. ..worst loss ever and its not close.

I think Capers will walk...and Slocum shouldn't even be allowed on the plane back.

Probably the best NFC Championship Game I can recall since the 2007 game between the Giants and the Packers.
A good finish does not make for a good game. And this is coming from a Rams fan who acknowledges that SB34 wasn't all that great except for the last few minutes.

Playing not to lose with over five minutes left; oops. Let's do that differently next time.
Will anyone ever learn?
Yeah that GB interception where the guy lays down instead of gaining 20+. Baffling.
I thought back to the guy for San Diego that made a pick to seal a win for Marty Schottenheimer and LaDainian Tomlinson but instead of just going down he tried to advance the ball. Later he stated "every time I gets the rock I takes it to the house." Troy Brown begs to differ. That guy shoulda gotten down like the Green Bay guy, but the Green Bay guy shoulda tried to take the rock, well somewhere.

Favre has had some epic fails late in his career but McCarthy and crew just topped any failure Favre ever had.

The most amazing comeback I have ever seen. period.
Same here.
I saw the Frank Reich game. This might be #2.
You're right. I forgot about that. But this one might beat it. I've been trying to pull the win probability chart but the site is locked up. I have to imagine that after the interception with 5:00 left Green Bay's win probability had to be over 95%. I wouldn't be surprised if it was 99%.

An all-time great ending.

Reality is so awesome -- things happen all the time that if you put in a script no one would ever believe them.

Great win Seattle. Packers coaching staff you suck. Have fun golfing with all the other gutless coaches in the offseason.
:goodposting:

I used to be a big McCarthy supporter, but I just can't be on board with him anymore. Huge let down.
This was more on Capers than McCarthy. I suspect Capers will be gone this off season.
No way. Defense played great until the end. Offense played scared the whole 2nd half.
