My bet hands down on Harbaugh. He deserves it, taking a 6-10 team to 13-3 and now just beating the Saints. Considering the the year before, the 49ers were 8-8. What a drastic improvement. And it's obvious his guys love him too.

Dude's first season is such a shocking bump that I'm just kicking the Bears for not getting rid of Lovie last year and going after this guy.
