David Harris just had a hit on Romo, forcing the fumble

it should be 0.5sack+1ff for Harris.....instead they credited 1sack+1ff to Mosley

jesus christ......are these guys watching the game ??

Hopefully it is corrected. No question Harris's hit knocked the ball out. Split sack with FF to Harris.

i did not see the play that way. romo was down when the ball came loose. i would not be surprised if the fumble is reversed in a few days.

This same thing happened to Cato June vs. the Broncos last year, Gary Brackett got credited with a sack and a forced fumble when it was June, I watched it on my Tivo about 20 times and Brackett wasn't even involved in the play. June was #59 and Brackett #58 and this mistake was NEVER corrected.

In other words, Don't hold your breath.

If it was an offensive statistic in question it would be changed, they neglect D stats.

wow

a lot of drunk people @NFL.COM this week

:goodposting:
Yeah, I dont know if it will do any good or not, but everyone should start writing the NFL about what a crappy job they are doing scoring the games. I have sent my email in.
It will not do any good. Tackles and sacks are not official NFL stats. There are numerous changes every week by Elias Sports Bureau. I'm not sure if NFL people are the ones who score the games while they are being played. ?2007 stat changes

didnt Tapp get a sack on the last play of the game for seattle? MFL didnt score it
I saw the same thing, but NFL.com didnt rule it a sack for some unknown reason.
When a fumble occurs, the play is ruled "aborted". Therfore, no sack is awarded. It is basically a fumble recovery and a run for Frerotte.

Anybody watching the Eagles/Pats stats on NFL.com? Patterson went from 10 solo to 6.
Gaither went from 1 assist to 8-4 right at the end also.
Saved a game for me - I was watching and Gaither who is 96's jersey was rumpled alot and it looked like 98. I'm in a DT manditory and the guy was killing me (Patterson) with 2.5 per tackle. At the end - and I figured someone was giving Gaither's stats to Patterson - MFL corrected it.

There is a major war going on on my league at espn.com regarding a forced fumble and a sack that was never attributed to Kamerion Wimbley. of course, it would affect the score, and probably one team's playoff hopes.

nfl.com says he had one tackle, a sack, vs. Baltimore. espn.com has him with zero's across the board. Craziness.

He did have a sack. It didn't show up anywhere. Apparently it has now.
