Starting to prep for keeper moves, and one area I like to look at are who may be moving to an improved situation next year. Especially quality backup RBs ( Lamont 2 years ago, Chester Taylor last year ).

I heard M. Turner from SD is FA after this season. Does anyone know of a project FA list anywhere?

Im not sure of a list but take a look at Matt Schaub, I believe he is a FA next year and if he can step out of the shadow of Mike Vick he could be money on a solid team.
