**NFL from Wembley Stadium - Rams at Jaguars**(+3, 44.5) 9:30am (1 Viewer)

Lawrence sucks. But when the offensive play calling is to go to Johnny Mundt and Dynami Brown on 3rd and 4th and 2, respectively, Coen deserves plenty of blame. Of course Dynami Brown deserves some blame, making a business decision on a pass right in his hands because he might get hit. There’s no team that I’ve enjoyed watching less than the Jags this year. Thomas and Hunter should each be getting 8-10 targets per game.

The problem is they’d make similar business decisions multiple times as well. TLaw throws a ton of hospital balls. 10 targets for each of those dudes would mean 2-3 trips to the blue tent each as well. It’s less than ideal.

not sure why they dont call interference on plays like that. Seems the flag only comes out if contact is made, but aren't they supposed to have like a yard of free space?

Yeah, haven’t seen Stafford put his receivers at risk all game yet is still completing passes all over the field.

People can blame the Jags WRs but Lawrence can’t put his receivers in harms way as much as he does.

He said it's only a foul if there's contact? I......didn't think that was correct. Logically, it's kind of dumb

He touched him too though
And even if he didn't, just saw the replay coming back from commercial, dude was entirely in the returner's foot space. It's like NBA, need to give shooter/returner room to operate unobstructed.

He could get away with it in college. NFL defenders are bigger/stronger/faster and hit harder. It just seems like a habit - plus he has a plus arm and thinks he can force the ball into tight windows, which may be true - but he has no awareness of the defenders bearing down on his receivers.

Seen way too many examples of it this year. Brian Thomas was thrown under the bus for it earlier this season, but it’s become apparent that this is a flaw in TLaw’s game.

I think the Tower of London may still be open for a bit longer if the Jags starters want to do some sightseeing before they head out.
