In the individualNFL.com GameCenter click on the Game Info link (It's under the score, to the left of Drive Chart)
When you click it the screen will change, look on the right hand side under where it says GAME ACCESS you will see a link for Download Game Book (PDF), click that, it will open a pdf file. scroll to the bottom and that is what you are looking for.
I have noticed that the info is not updated quickly, I don't think the week 3 games have that info there yet and I'm not sure when it becomes available exactly. I use footballoutsiders.com

It's suppose to be on the last page of the .pdf, and they claimed it would be out after ~24 hours, but you'll have to wait a number of days before it's updated.
I grabbed all of the Gamebook.pdf's for Week 2 last Friday, and at least 3 gamebooks did not have the snap count info.
I'd like a site that has all of the weekly info on one page.
