NFL TRADE DEADLINE IMPACT (1 Viewer)

How do todays dealings affect our fantasy teams. (i know other deals may be possible as well)

But so far we have:

IMPACTED

ROMO

TO

WITTEN

ROY

CRAYTON

M.AUSTIN

CALVIN

S.MCDONALD

M.FURREY

Are these guys upgraded or downgraded or no change.

McDonald and Furrey benefit and probably merit roster spots. Everyone else on that list loses, IMO.

Romo is Qble, but instead of guys like Austin & Crayton who he's practiced with, he'll return with a guy he's never thrown to before as his WR2.

Upgrade

Calvin Johnson bigtime. He has alrady been getting doubled so nothing new, but now he won't have to worry about cry baby Roy gettin 18 targets.

Romo- 1 more Target

Mcdonald and Furry More targets

Downgrade

Crayton & Austin Huge downgrade

Witten and TO = less targets

Holding Steady.

Roy. It's not like he has not been getting thrown to. He just dosent seem to hold onto the ball. I can promise 1 thing he will not 18 targets in Dallas but maybe a change will do him good. I say this is even trade off

id say:

UPGRADE:

Calvin

ROMO

Witten

Furrey/McDonald

DOWNGRADE:

TO

CRAYTON/ AUSTIN

NO CHANGE:

ROY (he wasnt doing all that great, but you go to a team with a SUPERSTUD TE on it and a crybaby STUD WR on it. ROY would be a hot commodity if he had went to the Eagles. Wrong team for him. He will be pretty much what he has been)

I think this will help Roy because he will be on a better team with a real QB and offensive plan. It won't hurt TO much because teams won't be able to double him. It could hurt Witten some because there are only so many balls to go around and I know TO will get his and I think they will want to stretch the defense with TO and Roy. Big addition for Romo--when he gets healthy.

UPGRADE:

Romo

T.O. less double coverage, he be the true deep guy every play

Furry #2 in Detroit, will get some passes

Calvin 20 looks a game coming

DOWNGRADES:

Barber, less looks for him in the passing game

Witten, no doubt Roy will take some of his looks, maybe two a game

Roy. It's not like he has not been getting thrown to. He just dosent seem to hold onto the ball. I can promise 1 thing he will not 18 targets in Dallas but maybe a change will do him good. I say this is even trade off
Far to much has been made of that 18 target week. Hes had 5, 7, 6 18 and 3 targets so far. Thats 21 targets in 4 games and 18 in 1, Patric Crayton has averaged 5.2 t/g so I don't know how many more RW will get with Dal.
